The gray warriors are as much legend as fact in the eyes of the common people. Shadow warriors, assassins, and spies, gray warriors are sought by noble houses in times of war to assassinate enemy generals and sabotage enemy defenses. In times of peace, nobles employ them as spies and assassins to ensure that they always have the upper hand. In the first part of this article series, you read about the features of this theme. Level 2 Utility Power
A gray warrior learns that a well-placed burning arrow or a swiftly applied poison can be the difference between success and failure in a mission. You have mastered the use of the alchemical tools at your disposal in dangerous situations.
Sure and Swift Alchemy                 Gray Warrior Utility 2
Practice has made your hands swift and sure at applying your clan’s favorite alchemical items to your weapons.
Encounter • Shadow
Free Action        Personal
Effect: You apply an alchemical item with the poison keyword to your melee weapon or one piece of your ammunition. If, instead, you use an alchemical item without applying it to your weapon, you gain a +1 power bonus per tier to your next attack roll that uses that item if you use it before the end of your turn.
Level 6 Utility Power
As a gray warrior, you are a shadow in the eyes of your enemies, and, like a shadow, you flee before your foe’s onslaught.
Fading Shadow    Gray Warrior Utility 6
As your enemy strikes, you fade into shadows only to reappear out of your foes’ reach.
Daily • Shadow, Teleportation
Immediate Interrupt     Personal
Trigger: An enemy adjacent to you hits you.
Effect: You teleport up to 2 squares.
Level 10 Utility Power
Gray warriors know secrets of shadow that few others learn, and your dedication to your clan has allowed you to learn the first of those secrets from a master.
Nine Seals of Shadow    Gray Warrior Utility 10
With a gesture, you cut the seals of shadow and infuse yourself with power.

Free Action    Personal
Trigger: You spend a healing surge.
Effect: When you spend a healing surge, you also gain temporary hit points equal to one-half your level, and you gain a +2 power bonus to all defenses until the end of your next turn. In addition, until the end of your next turn, your attacks gain the shadow keyword, and the first creature you hit after using this power is immobilized until the end of that creature’s next turn.
