We’ve been tuned into our fans and supporters’ discussions regarding these comparisons, and we hear you.

What we’ve taken away from your feedback is that you expect better from Kobold Press.

You’re right. We’re pleased that you think well of us and disappointed in ourselves for any loss of trust. That’s a big deal to us. No matter our intent, the impact is more important. So moving forward, we are making these changes:

1. We’re going to lift up companies and creators in the industry instead of tearing them down.

2. We’re going to leave opinionated reviews to the community and press. There are other places to get that. It doesn’t need to come from here.

3. We’re going to continue to listen and respond to the community’s feedback. We will act with the positivity and integrity you’ve come to expect from Kobold Press.
