This continuation of the God-King’s Folly adventure leads to strange new realms! Having entered the pyramid to determine the fate of a missing expedition in part 1, the heroes discovered a larger threat in the shrike plague in part 2. Now things get extra-planar!
This adventure assumes that the characters have already successfully navigated the pyramid. Now they must brave all the planar dangers of Evermaw!
Following the defeat of the Doomspeakers at the Pyramid of Kanakht, the discovery of an arcane gate has led the adventurers to the Plane of the Undead. Here, in a hazard-laden fortress known as the Moldheim Laboratory, a cunning clockwork automaton performs cruel and obscene experiments—including further development of shrike mutations and the creation of new and unspeakable horrors.
The characters must travel to the Dry Lands of Mot, invade the menagerie of damnable curiosities, and sabotage the clockwork chirurgeon’s abhorrent studies for good.
This adventure for the 5th Edition of the world’s first RPG is meant for four to six 8th-level characters. It includes full details for a plane of the undead and the Clockwork Chirurgeon, as well as a new magical item. Designed by Christopher Lockey, it features cartography by Dyson Logos and art by Phil Stone.
