Prepared 1 and 2 for FoundryVTT had these pretty journal entries with beautiful custom formatting and actor links/anchors. I wonder why this had the less pretty, almost default-looking journal style… Anyway, the lairs here are perfect for a quick encounter or even a one shot! Every monster is in the right place, including the appropriate journal notes for each area. All of these are great to use in a pinch! Just ask for a 5 minute break, whip out one of the lairs from the compendium, and play. Everything’s set-up. I’d give this one a 5-star rating if Prepared 1 and 2 hadn’t set the bar so high with its journal entries. Minor nitpick, but that difference makes Prepared 1 and 2 more pleasant to read.

Didn’t have “Branches of Yggdrasil”, which is one of my reasons for buying this, also disappointed that the tokens are not top down tokens. Some of the monster tokens did not have associated sheets. very disappointed.
