Gen Con Assistant Form

We are seeking highly organized and enthusiastic individuals to join the Kobolds at Gen Con 2024 as Event Assistants! As an Event Assistant, you will be crucial in executing Kobold Press’ Organized Play, ensuring this weekend of magical moments and daring adventures is seamless and pleasant for our guests! This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Organized Play! Tabletop experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in table management, scheduling, and event execution.
• You, at times, will be required to walk long distances, lift heavy equipment, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Contribute creative ideas on how we can provide a better experience for Game Masters, Attendees, and yourself.

Compensation:
– You will be paid an hourly rate of $15
– You will receive a $300 housing stipend

– 2 Meals covered throughout the convention
